Has anyone received their EITC refund that filed early?

Has anyone who filed before taxes were being accepted (Jan 28) received their EITC/ACTC refund as of 2/21? Does anyone know of or have there been refunds going out without an update to WMR or a DDD?

    i also filed 1/28 and accepted same day and the irs website still says processing no bars just processing. I checked my bank account just to see and nothing. I tried calling and it just hangs up. i hear and read that a lot of people will get their refund tomorrow 2/22. Man i wish i could be in that batch of people.
