Question

Has anyone that used turbo card received a stimulus check? I can’t even look mine up online. Everybody else i know got theirs already but TurboTax doesn’t seem to want to help.

If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: TurboTax Debit Card Login

If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account here:

TurboTax Debit Card Report Lost or Stolen. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

Anybody that has used Turbo Card for 2019 tax return, check stimulus payment status online with the irs. They didn’t issue because they needed more information which i was able to enter before updating my direct deposit information for my bank. Took less than 5 minutes. I’m not sure if everyone’s case is the same, but you should check just in case. (I got this Info from IRS, not TurboTax)
