There may be a very few who have received a federal tax refund.

However, the IRS target for issuing a federal tax refund is still 21 days from when the federal tax return was accepted by the IRS.

The IRS did not officially start receiving 2020 federal tax return until 02/12/2021, just 7 days ago.
