Have my taxes paperwork been arrived at the mailed destination?

The only way to know for sure is if you mailed certified with return receipt of other tracking service which is recommended for any mail sent to the IRS.

Otherwise you can only check the IRS refund site if you are owed a refund, but it can take weeks for it to show up.
