Have not received my Refund Advance Yet

I Have not received my Refund Advance Yet, I have a Credit Karma account and nothing has been deposited in my account. Please advise what I can do to get the advance.

We need to obtain a bit more information and then we will be able to assist you further.  Does the primary taxpayer information match the name of the Credit Karma account for the Refund Advance?  Also, which version of TurboTax are you using?  Online/Mobile/Desktop?  If Online, which internet browser are you using?  Please respond here in the thread and we will be happy to help.
