Having to worst time trying to file my 2018 taxes. The file would not open on my Mac so I purchased the software and accidentally purchased for Windows. Please help.

You purchased the wrong download? You will need customer support to get the download for Mac instead of Windows.

Note---you will be using 2018 desktop software--you will not be using online software. And your 2018 return will have to be printed, signed and mailed. A 2018 return cannot be e-filed.
