Question

Hello all. I filed my 2019 federal and state taxes, accidentally adding my two daughters as dependants. They ended up not qualifying as dependants, but are now unable to receive their stimulus payment

First, you should review the rules to make sure you are not eligible to claim either of your daughters as dependents. Table 5 from IRS Publication 501 is a good overview of what it takes to claim a dependent.

If you were not eligible to claim your daughters as dependents, you will need to file an amended return to correct the dependents you claimed on your 2019 tax return.  But, that amended return must be printed and mailed.  Be aware that the IRS has until further notice suspended processing of "paper returns" because of the COVID-19 pandemic.  As a result, it may be some time before your amended tax return is processed.  Click this link for instructions on how to file an amended return with TurboTax.

Your daughters will need to print and mail their 2019 tax returns that claim themselves.  Their e-filed tax return will be rejected since their social security number is "in the system" as having been used by you in 2019 to claim them as a dependent.

There is a good chance your daughters will not receive their stimulus payment until they file their 2020 tax return in 2021.  That is when the stimulus payment for which they are eligible in 2020 is reconciled against the payment they actually received.  But, getting your tax return corrected and theirs filed is the first step.
