Hello everyone, I was trying to amend my return but it got rejected because of the name. Now I I am unable to use the amend link to efile. What should I do?

Can you please clarify if you need to amend a return that was filed and accepted by the IRS or fix your return that was rejected?

If your return was rejected, you should have received an email from turbotax@intuit.com with the subject line Action Needed. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. I files my 2021 return last year and was eventually accepted and the refund was sent. Now I am trying to amend that return. I first submitted the amended return via turbotax online but it was rejected due snn and name mismatch. I am trying to resubmitted that amended return via turbotax online but I am not avle to. What should I do?
