Question

Hello, I prepared both my federal and state return last year but did not file my state return. I cannot find the option to file it now. What can I do

Can I still do it on turbo tax. Do I need to print and mail it in to franchise tax board. Help

The only way to file a 2021 return is by mail.  It cannot be e-filed.  Print, sign and date it in ink, and mail it to the state.
