Federal stimulus checks were issued for tax years 2020 and 2021----not for tax year 2022.  There is no place on a 2022 tax return to enter anything about stimulus checks.   If you did not receive the first or second stimulus check for 2020  ($1200 and $600) , you have to use the recovery rebate credit in Federal Review on a 2020 tax return to get it.  If you did not receive the third stimulus check for $1400 in 2021, then you can use the recovery rebate credit in Federal Review on a 2021 tax return to get the third EIP payment.  If you could be claimed as someone else's dependent for 2020 or 2021 then you were not eligible to receive the stimulus checks.

You will need to file a 2020 and 2021 tax return for the Recovery Rebate Credit.  Assuming that you did not receive the 3 stimulus payments and that you were not a dependent for tax years 2020 and 2021.

To complete and file a 2020 and 2021 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the desktop editions for each tax year from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2020 and 2021 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.  Use a separate envelope for each tax year.  Also consider using a tracking service from the Post Office so that you will know the tax returns were received by the IRS.
