Hello just wondering how long I should wait to talk to someone if its been past 4 weeks since I e-filed ?

If it has been over 21 days since your tax return has been accepted the IRS states you should call them. Please see What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days? for information on contacting the IRS.
