Hello! On the TT website I confirmed that I wanted my NY state refund to be included with my Federal refund. Does this come totalled together?

Absolutely! When you file for your federal you have the option to file for your NY State Taxes right after and submit both of those forms together. Depending on which Turbo Tax Package you choose you may get the State added for free and on others you may have to pay. File Federal Free and you may qualify to file state with no extra charge.
