I qualified for the approved 1000$ loan but I accidently filed without getting it . Can you help me get the Turbo tax card with the loan ?

Unfortunately, once you've filed there is no way to go back and get the Refund Advance.

You cannot apply for the Refund Advance after you file your taxes.
