Help AI on site says y'all are in possession of 2024 tax return but has not been sent to IRS???

If you hit the "Transmit" button, then it is sent to the TTX servers to WAIT for the IRS to access it. 

None of the software companies actually send it to the IRS....the IRS takes the files off the servers as soon as their computers are ready to process what you e-filed. 

ANNND, a few million files have been getting stored all month long, and since they just started taking them in this week, the IRS cannot process them quickly the first week they start processing. SO it could be a few more days until they take yours, as long as their computers are handling the load well.  One year they stopped for a few days to work out some kinks.
