HELP E-FILING NOT GOING THROUGH

I completed my forms. I paid for the state form but it would not do the e-filing. It said there was a question but would not send me to the area in question.HELP ME NOW

Please log completely out of TurboTax and try clearing your browser's cache.  A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for instructions:
