Help locating return

a lady did my taxes using turbotax , I do not know the login she used to do them .

And when I use my old it only pulls up my prior returns .

Any ideas ?

"a lady"? I hope this wasn't a professional tax preparer that you paid money to prepare the returns. TurboTax isn't licensed for professional preparers to use for clients.

It possible they used the Desktop version, not the Online version. If so, then the only copy of the return would be on the computer that was used to prepare the return, and you wont find it in an Online account anywhere.
