Hi,
I am doing my friends taxes. She gets SSI, I put that information in already, and she paid rent for the whole year and I also put that information in. I am on the filing part and for some reason I keep getting directed right back to the Consent to Efile, HELPPPP, I cant do anything or nothing will be processed until this is fixed. What am I doing wrong?
