Question

Hey I received my first two stimulus checks and nothing has changed since then. I never received my third stimulus and was told I could take that off my taxes. Need help.

Was unemployed when I received the first two checks. Still unemployed and have checked the IRS website. Can't find any information and haven't been mailed a third check.

No you can't claim the 3rd one on your 2020 tax return.  Only the first 2 can go on 2020.

 

The IRS is sending the 3rd Stimulus payment out in phases.  Keep waiting.  See
