Hi, 16 year customer and need to printout a saved 2014 state on my computer. New computer doesn't have the 2014 Turbo Tax SW. How can I print this three page state return

You'll need to speak to TurboTax Customer Support by phone on Monday. Tell them what happened and ask for the 2014 download.

Use the form at the link below to be assigned a phone number or schedule a callback. The contact info will not display when they are closed, so there's no need to try until tomorrow. This time of year they are open 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Mon-Fri.

When you use that contact form tomorrow, where it asks what product you are using, in the dropdown menu be sure to indicate "CD/download" and the correct operating system.

What is your saved file-- is it a PDF or *.tax2014 data file?

How did you prepare the return originally--in Online TurboTax or in desktop software (CD/download)?
If you used desktop software, do you no longer have the 2014 installation file?   If you purchased it from TurboTax, the 2014 download should still be in your account.  We can tell you how to find it.

If you did not purchase it from TurboTax, we can tell you how to phone TurboTax Support to ask for the download.

Hi. .tax2014. Unfortunately, do not have the 2014 installation. We usually just buy from Walmart or Sam's club each year. Thanks.
