Hi! Did this happen to you too? i received the email from turbo tax saying that my return was accepted by IRS but if i go through their website it says not yet accepted?

If you received an email from TurboTax that says your return was accepted, you should check the email address that the email came from. It may not be TurboTax.

If you haven't completed your tax return and when you sign in to TurboTax it doesn't say accepted, then there may be more than one TurboTax account connected to your email address.

To check on that, start here.

Enter your email address and then enter the verification code. The next screen will show you every account name connected to your email and the date you last used it.
