Hi everyone, where can i declare a lost tax refund, i have not received the 2019 refund yet!

The amount is approved but i never received it, and now I want to know where can i declare it, in which option in the filing process? thanks

You can't add it to your 2020 return. You will have to call the IRS to put a trace on it.

I have never been able to contact them, they just put me in a automatic service which tells nothing about tracing, just the status. Anyone knows a real number to contact someone directly regarding this issue. Thanks
