Hi I need to file an amended return but my current 1040 return is still being processed, when should I send in my 1040X? After I receive the incorrect refund or send it even though my original return

Do NOT mail your Form 1040X until your original return has been fully processed. Unless you want to confuse the IRS and delay your refund for a few months.
