Question

Hi, I wanted to ask for delay filing my tax return until October which I have done previous years, how do I do to get a delay ?

You want an extension?  You can request an extension which will give you until October 15, 2020 to file your Form 1040.  It will not give you extra time to pay.  The date you must pay any estimated 2019 tax is July 15, 2020.
