Question

Hi, I wasn't able to e-fill my returns because the IRS has a wrong date of birth on record. I want to cancel my Turbotax order. Please help. Thank you.

You used our TurboTax software to prepare your tax return. You may print, sign, and mail your completed tax return to the IRS. No one can guarantee the ability to e-file a tax return. There are far too many reasons why the IRS can reject an e-filed return, many of them designed to protect your security and identity.

However, you may qualify for our satisfaction guarantee:

If you use TurboTax Online or Mobile:
Satisfaction Guaranteed — or you don't pay. You may use TurboTax Online without charge up to the point you decide to print or electronically file your tax return. Printing or electronically filing your return reflects your satisfaction with TurboTax Online, at which time you will be required to pay or register for the product.

If you bought or downloaded TurboTax from a retailer:
Try TurboTax software. If you're not satisfied, return it to Intuit within 60 days of purchase with your dated receipt for a full refund.

If you bought or downloaded TurboTax directly from us:
Try TurboTax software. If you're not satisfied, return it within 60 days of shipment with your dated receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping & handling).

I understand, thank you for the information. I’m working abroad at the moment and I will deal with this matter later. However, I was charged 114$ by TurboTax Online after trying to e-file my return. I just want to cancel that order and get a refund from TurboTax please. I don’t want to use TurboTax anymore at this moment to file my taxes. It is no useful for me in that situation. Please let me how to get refunded. Thank you.
