Hi, im curently living in Romania, just filled tax form return, but I don’t have a U.S. bank account. What can I use to get the money ?

The IRS will not make a direct deposit to a foreign bank. If you do not have a U.S. bank account of some sort, the they will only mail a check to the address on your tax return. It will then be up to you to deposit or cash that US Treasury check.
