Question

How can I amend my taxes that have not been filed for 2019/My taxes have not been filed and Now I want to amend before filing!

NO!   If you have not filed your tax return you do NOT click on anything that says "amend."  Amending is a special process you only use if your return was filed, accepted and processed by the IRS with mistakes or missing information.  If you have not yet filed, all you need to do is make some corrections and then e-file the return.
