How can I change how to accept my 3rd stimulus like how do I update my info becuz I don't have the same bank account anymore that I used for direct deposit

Sorry the IRS has not provided a portal to enter new banking information for the 3rd stimulus. If your check goes to a closed account it will be sent back to the IRS and then they will mail you a check to the address on record from your most recent tax return

TurboTax cannot track your 3rd stimulus or tell you when it will arrive. The IRS is issuing 3rd stimulus checks on its own timetable.
