Question

How can I change my deposit account from the Turbo card that I never received (nor it's replacement) to my actual account, so my stimulus check gets to me?

I was denied for the tax advance, but TurboTax still put that stupid card in my return. I never got the card, nor the replacement I ordered, and now I'm not going to get my stimulus check. TurboTax needs to fix this immediately, and I will NEVER use their services again.

If the Turbo Card's routing & account number is what got sent to the IRS then there's no way to change it on your 2020 return. (Edit: Same if your refund is going thru a third-party bank first to deduct fees & the advance you were apparently denied; though technically that's what the IRS got on your return, according to Intuit the IRS also has the underlying account for stimulus use which is your Turbo Card.) You'll have to contact Turbo Card yet again for a replacement card to get that refund. Can't give you any better advice there.

Has the IRS processed your 2020 return & issued your refund? If so, your stimulus check is going to your Turbo Card as well. IF NOT, however, then your stimulus will go wherever your 2019 refund went to.

It was accepted. But the reason for my denial of the advance is because I was flagged by the treasury dept for debt owed to a government entity. Which I'm quite sure is a mistake on the state's behalf regarding my unemployment claim last year. I got UI while on Leave Without Pay under the FMLA, which the Tx Supreme Court ruled was legal in 2018, but the state didn't look into it and just lumped me in with all the people who defrauded the system.

I got my last stimulus way later than I should have because of the issue with the money being sent to closed TurboTax accounts, and now I'm getting screwed again, when I really need it. I'm really sick of this company.
