How can I change the direct deposit information? I don't see the option to change or update the information even though I haven't filed my federal yet.

I understand, but I haven't filed my return yet. I don't want to confirm payment and risk the refund being sent to the wrong account.

I am having the same issue. My bank account number is incorrect. I've logged into 3 different browsers and there is no option to edit the number. I have not filed yet.
