Once your e-filed return has been "Accepted" by the IRS, there is no way to change your refund info.  If, however, your return is rejected by the IRS, you can change your refund option (as well as correcting the reason for rejection) before re-submitting your return.  You'd just go through the FILE portion of your TurboTax interview and make the changes.  See the info linked below.
