I lost my card I need a replacement in the mail when I call they say go online but I can never get through online because it ask for my social which I have and my card number and cvv which I don’t have anything I can do?

@Moebetter The Turbo Card app/site is experiencing high volumes due to stimulus payments being funded. To check your account balance, text “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number) to 43411 to get your available balance.
