How can I claim my third Economic Impact Payment in TurboTax if I have already filed my 2021 return? What should I change if I need to amend my return for that?

I have filed my 2021 return and afterwards I got a letter from IRS regarding the Economic Impact Payment. I don't now how I can claim it. Can I amend my return in TurboTax or should I do it via IRS? Which form should I use in this case?

First --- look at your 2021 Form 1040 and see if there is an amount on line 30.   If there is an amount on that line, you got the recovery rebate credit (stimulus) as part of your refund and you do not need to do anything else.  If that line is blank and you are eligible to get the 3rd EIP payment then wait until your original return has been fully processed and then amend to use the recovery rebate credit in Federal Review to get the $1400 EIP payment.

Did the letter tell you to amend your return?  Or, did it state that they corrected your return, regarding the 3rd Stimulus payment?

The following is from the IRS about amending a return for the Stimulus payment:

1) If you didn't claim the credit on your original tax return you will need to file a Form 1040-X, Amended U.S. Individual Income Tax Return, to claim it. The IRS will not calculate the 2021 Recovery Rebate Credit for you if you did not enter any amount on your original tax return, or you entered $0.

(2) DO NOT file an amended tax return if you entered an incorrect amount for the 2021 Recovery Rebate Credit on your tax return. If you entered an amount other than $0 on line 30 but made a mistake in calculating the amount, the IRS will calculate the correct amount of the 2021 Recovery Rebate Credit, make the correction to your tax return, and continue processing your return. If a correction is needed, there may be a delay in processing your return and the IRS will send you a notice explaining any change made.
