No, TurboTax does not support tax year 2019. 

If you are trying to file a 2019 tax return for a tax refund, the refund will not be paid. 

The 2019 return with a refund had to be filed on or before July 17, 2023.

Sorry--you will not be able to do that.   TurboTax no longer provides nor supports software for 2019.   It is also too late to get a refund for a 2019 return.  Any refund for 2019 has already been forfeited; if you owe tax due for 2019 it is owed with late filing penalties and interest, though.

Seek local paid tax help, or try completing the paper forms to mail in.
