How can I do a pro forma tax return now for 2021 to forecast my tax liability?

Try the Taxcaster tool. The 2021 software will not be released until sometime in November. Taxcaster uses 2020 tax rules; we have no idea whether Congress will change tax laws for 2021 between now and the time to prepare 2021 tax returns (or whether they will spring changes on all of us in the middle of the tax season again).
