How can I e-file over the phone with debit card?

I have been trying to send and keep getting the message address is incorrect. It is correct.More than frustrated.

Please sign in to your account and click Contact on the top right corner. Click contact us again, type in your question, and select your preferred method of contact. To talk to a live expert you need to be in a paid version of TurboTax, which TurboTax Deluxe qualifies you for.
