How can I edit the dates I lived in a state if I made a mistake?

You can go back and edit the dates you lived in a State by following these steps:

• Log into your Turbo Tax Online account.
• Select "Take me to my return"
• Click "My Info" located on the left side of your screen
• Click "Edit" next to your name 
• Scroll down to Question 2 and make any needed changes
  

As long as you have not filed your tax return, you can revisit any section to make changes using the topic search feature in TurboTax Online. On the left-hand side go to Tax Tools>Tools >Topic Search or Topic List. Then type the section or form that you need to update in the search box and click Go.
