Yes. If you are a homeowner, you can e-file your M1PR through the MN DOR's Property Tax Refund Online Filing System.

 

If you are a renter, use Form M1PR, Homestead Credit Refund (for Homeowners) and Renter's Property Tax Refund. See the Form M1PR instructions for filing details.
