No way with Turbo Tax. You'll have to find somewhere else or do it yourself by hand on the blank forms. And it is too late to get a refund. Why do you need to file 2017?

Actually I got a letter say I did not file, so, I need to file them.. thanks

@jcdental Who sent you a letter about a 2017 tax return? It could be a scam. But if you had taxable income for 2017 and really did not file a return, you have to pay what you owe with penalties and interest. You cannot get a refund for a 2017 tax return.

Seek a local tax pro to help you prepare a 2017 return or use the paper forms and prepare them by hand to mail to the IRS.
