How can I find my EIN numbers for the jobs I uploaded on my tax return?

They are on your W-2 forms ... did you not also save a PDF of them at the same time as you uploaded/imported them into the TT program ?    If you save a PDF of the return with all the worksheets you will see that information however it will not be the actual W-2 form if you need it for a certain purpose like a mortgage.

If you have filed your federal tax return and it has been accepted by the IRS -

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  

Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
