Turbo Tax shows my Colorado state refund was accepted and sent to me yet I did not receive it. I've tried contacting the IRS and other tax help but no one can help me and the IRS automated service can not find anything from the information I give regarding this. Any advice??

If the state did issue a refund, but the missing state tax refund hasn't made its way to you, then you must go through your state tax agency to get it.

If your information is not showing up on the Colorado Department of Revenue, it may be still processing. However, verify the refund amount you have entered and verify that you are using the primary SSN for the refund. If it's still not showing anything, you may contact customer service at 1-303-238-7378, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or contact the Colorado Department of Revenue.
