How can I fix my address i fixed it once before my taxes were sent but now it shows something different

If you have filed a 2018 or a 2019 tax return (Form 1040 or 1040SR)  that includes bank account information on the 2nd page you should receive your payment via direct deposit to that account in the next week or so.

If you filed a 2018 or 2019 tax return without bank information your check will be mailed. 

If you have already filed, and your stimulus check is being mailed, it will be mailed to the address on the return.

Please check the new Get My Payment Link to check on your payment:  Get My Payment.

Although it may not affect the mailing of your stimulus payment I recommend that you go ahead and change your address to the correct mailing address asap.  Here is a link with more information to do that:  Change My Address
