Pease explain what you mean or what you are trying to do.   There is no federal credit  or deduction for being disabled.  State tax laws may vary.  Are you asking if you can get a tax refund by filing a tax return with disability benefits as your income?

Unless you have tax withheld from your Social Security disability, you will not be able to get a refund from it.

If you are getting some other kind of disability benefits with tax withheld you may get a refund.
