How can I print prepared taxes rather than filing thru Turbotax. Getting a $2 refund....dont want to pay $39 to file.

You pay for using the software to prepare your tax return whether you e-file or mail it in an envelope.  Your fee is not based on the amount of your refund; it is based on the version of the software that you used.

Use this IRS site for other ways to file for free.  There are 8  free software versions available from the IRS Free File site

And you better check your fees.  $39 sounds like the extra service fee to have the fees deducted from your refund.  If you are in Premier as listed on your post , Premier is $89 for federal and $59 for state.
