Question

How can I prove that I filed my return last year. I needed a form from the IRS for financial aid, and the IRS said I didn't file. I know I did with Turbo Tax.

You will need to log into the account that you used last year and you should find the information you need there.

How do I recover my account?

If you still have access to the email that you used to create the account you can use our account recovery page:  https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ to see about finding the user ID to help you access your account. 

OR,

Once you have the user ID you can reset the password and get access to the account (https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901486-how-many-turbotax-accounts-do-i-have).
