Without having a W-2 in hand for certain identifying information, you cannot import the information through TurboTax.

 

You can request a Wage and Earnings Transcript from the IRS in order to see any W-2s that were filed by your employers with the IRS.  Use the following link to get started:  IRS Get Transcript
