How can I retrieve previous info that was entered into Its deductible for 2024?

I have entered info during the year but today those entries are not there.

@snyderih I just signed onto ItsDeductible, added a cash donation for tax year 2024. Signed out. Then signed back onto ItsDeductible. The 2024 donation is shown.

You may want to clear cache and cookies on your web browser. Once that is done see if the 2024 donations are shown. If not, then try using a different web browser, such as one these that you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Windows Edge.

If that does not help you will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem.

Are you signing onto the ItsDeductible website with the same User ID that you used to enter the donations?

Yes - I am using the same login info that I used to enter the 2024 donations during the year. I reviewed the links you added but no help. Any other suggestions? Thank you for quick response.

This has just happened to me today. Last year July 2024 I entered all my charitable donations into its deductible at its normal, previously saved webpage. So I am good up till July of last year.

Today I got back to the "same" webpage to login, I was able to login in but browser comes back as the URL is not found! Then I Google Its deductible and login to that "different" webpage and my 2023 donations are there but not 2024. Where can I find them?
