Not sure what you mean since the question makes no sense.   What do you mean by "...you guys have my return already?"  You are the only one who could file your 2019 tax return.  TurboTax does not file it for you and TurboTax does nor receive your tax refund.

In order to e-file you have to go all the way through the FILE section and click a big orange button that says "Transmit my return now."  Then you watch your emails to see if the the return was accepted or rejected.

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say that your return was submitted.  The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected.  If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.

It is now too late to e-file your 2019 return---the deadline to do that was in October.  The only way to file your 2019 return is to print it, sign it in ink and mail it.

TurboTax does not mail your return for you.  YOU have to print it and take it to a mailbox yourself.

Online tax preparation and e-filing for 2019 returns is now permanently closed.  You had until midnight on Thursday, October 15, 2020 to finish and attempt to e-file; if your e-file was rejected you had until October 31, 2020 to make corrections and re-file. Now it is too late to use online software or to e-file. If you have any changes/corrections at all to make to your 2019 return, you now have to complete it using desktop software, which you must download to a full PC or Mac  (not to a mobile device). Then you need to print, sign and mail it.

If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.

They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday-Friday.

If you are getting a refund, there is no penalty for filing late.  If you owe tax due, then file and pay the amount due as shown on the Form 1040, but expect a bill later from the IRS for the penalty and interest you will owe.  Only the IRS will calculate this—TurboTax will not calculate it.
