Question

How come It's been 21 days and the where's my refund tool says my refund is still being processed and a date will be giving when available what is taking so long?

I filed on 2/12/2021 and was accepted on the 13th the irs tool was working untill about two weeks ago the status bar disappeared and it started to say return is still being processed a date will be provided when available and it is now 3/7/21 and I got a email from turbo tax 2 days ago that said congrats you did it and I was hoping that ment that taxes was on way but still nothing yet what is taking so long and how can I find out if something is wrong or if I need to fix a problem?
