How do I access my 2016 taxes on here? I filed 2016 with turbotax. Didn't file in 2017. Trying to now, bought the software download but cant access my 2016 return.

Did you file your 2016 return with TurboTax Online or did you use the CD/Download software?

If you filed your 2016 return in TurboTax Online, you must first make certain you're in the same account that you used to prepare and file the tax return. Then you can follow the steps listed in the FAQ below to access your return. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5574744
