How do I access the state return to file for 2020 since I paid for the premier software

why cant i pull up my software to file my stat return

You can print your return in Print Center of TurboTax CD\Download.

Select Print Center in the top right corner
In the Form Selection box, uncheck 2020 Federal Tax Return and make sure 2020 [State] return is checked
Choose what forms you want to print
Select Save As Pdf or Preview Print Copy
